Return Policy

At Level Headed, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

 

Please note: All sales are final on non-defective items. Due to the nature of our small-batch, handmade grooming products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defect or damage.

 

To initiate a return for a defective item, please email us at shanejohnson@levelheadedpomade.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
